Problem:
High resolution imagers need high pointing accuracy with tight jitter control and rapid retargeting; reaction wheels alone can saturate or inject jitter.
Solution:
GO-2 provides continuous, adjustable low thrust to offload reaction wheels, damp jitter, and provides precise pointing with high pointing accuracy.
GO-2 Insights:
Fine thrust control and throttling across 5-400 μN with a minimum impulse bit of around 800 nNs enables gentle control during imaging windows.
Individual control across the 40 thrusters allows users to adjust thrust levels across the system, allowing for precise angular adjustments.
7 – 40 W power draw allows for flexible operation to avoid disruption to payload operations.
Sharper images, longer dwell on target, fewer reaction-wheel momentum offloading/desaturation, fewer interruptions to imaging time, and more value generation.
GO-2: Propelling missions, Maximizing Returns:
As the demand for higher-quality imagery increases, GO-2 is built to evolve with it; delivering sharper images, longer dwell times, and more consistent data collection. With precise thrust control and jitter damping, we help you and your customers capture more usable images with fewer interruptions.
This means higher mission efficiency, fewer desaturation maneuvers, and ultimately, a better return on investment. By enabling more stable and accurate pointing over time, we support your mission goals and help maximize the value of every observation.
